I love the light, we had it for 2+ years now. The order and customer service were great, quickly shipped. Installation was a bit challenging, it is flush mount and a mirror like finish, but doable. The diagma for hanging crystals is straightforward. I highly recommend installing the bulbs before crystals. Bulbs are special order, we had to wait on them for a while. The round hole for light is very tight, so your fingers don't wrap tightly around it- that's probably the biggest peeve.
Once all is done, it's absolutely gorgeous- just needs a good dusting once in a while to shine. Another precaution is for dimmers. The light bulbs die out or flicker, we had to replace almost all the bulbs at these point.
Wow! I have to say this is the most beautiful light I ever got in my life especially from on line. Either white or yellow is so beautiful. Very happy with it. Every one love it !
