Got our chandelier installed yesterday. Just like everyone says, very labor intensive, took 10 plus hours but the results were oh so worth it!
I recently acquired a second chandelier from Sofary Lighting for my home, and once again, I am beyond impressed. The chandelier is a masterpiece, featuring intricate details and impeccable precision. Every part was accounted for, and the assembly was flawless, reflecting the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of their products.
The customer service provided by Sofary Lighting was exemplary. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured that all my questions were answered promptly. Additionally, the chandelier arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date, which exceeded my expectations.

I must mention that this product is designed with great precision. Each crystal ball and length of strands are so accurate that after installation it give a wow feeling.
Few learnings while you try to install it yourself (DIY):
1. I am sure you will be installing it for Foyer or Entryway with 18-20 feet height. Make sure you have scaffolding or similar arrangements so that u can comfortably stand on it while hooking up each individual strand with crystal ball on it.
2. Always start from Center and then go outward direction.
3. Be careful to avoid tangling of strands.
4. it is a good idea to unpack different sets of strands separate them out , put crystal ball while sitting on floor and then take them one by one to hook them up onto ceiling base.
it was a good DIY project . it took us 10-hours from start to finish.
This is a beautiful chandelier, absolutely stunning when put together but needs extreme patience and takes some time putting this together. My electrician tried to rush through it without following the instructions and it caused a lot of headache and rework on our end. Customer service was really awesome as we had to reorder some of the strings due to our electrician’s fault.
Overall amazing product at a reasonable price and very responsive and accommodating customer service !!
The best customer service representatives I have worked with. They were willing to customize my chandelier to 240 volts and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Sofary for all your lighting needs.
This chandelier was the perfect addition to a room with an 18 ft ceiling. We absolutely love it. Took a while to assemble but it was worth it. It's one of the first things people see and everyone has loved it as much as we do.
This chandelier is a total style statement. It completely transforms my entry way into a stylist ethereal space.
This lights is beautiful,we do it about two day with 3 people ,we take a time do it step-by-step and flowing by numerical order,we are happy for this.
Requires patience to have this put together. It took our electricians two days and they were 3 people. You want to take your time or you will crimp the wires or the crystals will tangle.
The parts are all labeled well.
Once completed it is definitely a statement piece.

We had a carpenter come in and install anyone who does this that isn't experienced I pray for your success 🤣🙏🏽. This is an all day job! He placed some of them wrong but it's okay because it still looks beautiful I would recommend this chandelier the customer service is also great. We love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
