Round Modern Rustic Crystal Chandelier

This is one of the most beautiful lights/chandeliers that I have ever purchased. It really look majestic in my foyer entry way. I liked it so much that I also purchased the larger, matching example to hang in my dining room and a matching pendant light to hang in my adjacent hallway. The challenge with these lights, although very well worth it seeing the final product, is that they come disassembled and every crystal, all 176 of them on the larger version, needs to be affixed by bending a wire staple through both a top and bottom hole of each crystal onto the metal frame. Not hard, just tedious and unexpected (I thought it came already assembled). Also, when ordering different sizes and types of these matching lights, the color shade of brown can vary from light to light and the pendant light only comes in black so I had to spray it brown to match the other two brown chandeliers. In the end, it came out great and looks beautiful! Thank you again Sofary for producing these fantastic lights and for your great support team who helped me tremendously when I needed it.

We are very pleased with our chandelier! It arrived quickly and in perfect shape, we'll packed. Crystal assembly was relatively easy and took a few hours. I would recommend a good work platform for assembly. The rest was left for the electrician. Fits our fireplace and fixtures perfectly. Always gets positive comments from visitors!

We purchased the smaller round rustic modern crystal chandelier from Sofary directly and wanted to hang it pendant style from a swag hook. Overall, beautiful chandelier, but as others have said (either here, or on other review sites), the installation is tricky and the instruction manual isn't clear. It has a few typos and is missing key details of how to assemble the piece, which takes one star away from the otherwise strong attention to detail in the design and in the customer service.

It came within a week, had all parts, and everything was in good condition. The instruction manual covers how to hang the bell, and how to install the crystals, but does not explain how to set up the wiring in the canopy. I emailed customer support, and they sent me a youtube video of a walkthrough of the assembly and installation, which really should be on the website and have a QR code on the manual to access.

The crystals took my partner and I about 1.5 hours to assemble together. The wiring for the canopy was tricky - the bracket inside the canopy was too high and I couldn't get the assembly to close, so I had to remove a nut to shorten it, which made it harder to get the main wire assembly through the pocket that lets you connect them to each of the three light fixtures. The bell installation was straight forward since we already had a box in place.

We used 6 E12 dimmable bulbs and have the power supply on a dimmer. Overall, the light is good and it looks quite classy!
