I can’t say enough about Raine! She is the best to work with. From day 1, she worked with me to identify what would be the correct size for my living room. She also worked with me for shipment. I was not in town and coordinating with the shipping company in the mist of the storm. Rainie is very prompt and responds within hours. When I received the package it was delivered without issues. We absolutely love this chandelier. We got the largest size. It we did have one issue where the mounting bracket needed to be replaced, but Sofary immediately sent a new one for free and their customer service was excellent! Everything shipped and I received it within a week in Illinois. The installation was tedious, but the end result is well worth it! It’s so sparkly. Total showstopper!
