Return Policy

Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, items in new/unused condition may be returned for a full refund. (Shipping cost will not be refunded, unless items are defective)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sofary.com, and we will guide you through the return process.

(Important: Please do not ship items back before receiving our return instructions, as we may not be able to process returns for unauthorized shipments)

Return Steps

  1. Send your order number and return reasons to support@sofary.com. You're preferred to include pictures of items in their original packaging to help us better assist you.
  2. We will email you a return address once the return is approved.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us via a trackable shipping method. Take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and send it to us at support@sofary.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions

1. Products must be in original condition with all original parts and packaging.

2. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to sofary.com unless items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by sofary.com in new condition with the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@sofary.com to initiate an exchange.
