2. Every open-box item is thoroughly inspected before sale to ensure it is in full working order.
3. Open-box items are offered at a discounted price because their packaging has been opened, while the products themselves remain in like-new, unused condition.
4. All open-box sales are final and non-returnable, unless the item is found to be defective upon receipt.
