This is the prettiest chandelier I've ever seen in my life. We've had multiple people say the same. Pictures can't even begin to show the beauty of this chandelier. Now for the install. Whew! Involved for sure. We bought a 15 foot scaffolding to install it into our two story entryway. The most frustrating thing about the install is that the strands were placed two per package. Half the time they would be very tangled and it was time consuming to separate the two. I would have happily paid extra for them to be placed one strand per bag. Each strand (174 in total for the midsized chandelier) had to have a crystal attached to the end. That was work but not frustrating. Each of the strands had to hung in a specific place. Overall we had four people working on the install, which I calculated to be 14 man hours. It was a fun family project, but a lot of work. It was absolutely worth it.
We are glad that we selected Sofary and we found this gorgeous chandelier. We installed it and it looks astonishing. We decided to use daylight lights rather warm lights. It is a great addition to our foyer. We bought the one that is W 31.5" x H 118' and it is perfect. We appreciate all the support provided by customer service in answering all our questions as we were trying to determine the best light to buy.

This chandelier is a master piece. I get great compliments about it when anyone comes to the house. Though it took a while to get to me it was worth the wait.
